My account was hacked long ago, I already submitted a thread long ago but forgot to answer... My account was hacked and banned

Were you a donor? If so, do you have any donation info avail? Ie payment proof and/or chat logs?

Are you able to post from a home IP connected to your account? Did you ever access your account from a different country? (I'm not talking about the hacker's country - but there is another from 2015).

 

Acc recovery - Rafass --- The other place from which I must have access is from Venezuela, Ecuador is the country where I live so mainly all the ips must be from here.

 

Can you tell me your ISPs and when you would've logged in from Venezuela?

 

Acc recovery - Rafass // Right now it's netlife, in that time it might be TVCABLE or Cnt... I must have accesed from Venezuela in december, that's the only time when I travel, or at least in that period, december january of previos years

 

You've left out the most used ISP on your account and some of those aren't accurated. What would it be? Also, can you tell me the ISP from Venezuela?
