    Wal-Mart?!?!?!?! LOL @ YOU

Oh yeah I looked it up but couldn't find it, Mostly you'll find it on this site though www.pbreview.com. Fps isn't as important in paintball because most entry lvl guns are around 200-250 because that is the most comon speed for most commercial fields.

Shakaka I suggest you shut up. You obviously know nothing about pb. Anything over 500 is illegal beucase it can cause very serious injury.

    Go with airsoft.

If you get a paintball gun, the ammo is a lot more expensive, and you can't just paintball in your backyard, you need to go to a special place.

With an airsoft gun, you can just play locally, and it's cheaper.

Why would he start with some furry thing with 8 legs?

If your talking about a Spyder those aren't good starter guns, making them not "really good".

You can get a Tippman '98 for about ~120 dollars, and they are very "tough" they can go through alot and still work perfectly.

be ez shut the hell up.

You know nothing, I've been playing paintball for 5 years. You fail, you are just trying to make your childish game of air-soft look superior to a real sport like paintball. It's not going to happen. My friends tippmann 98 was chronometered at over 500, I have witnessed it. Ive had paintball shells in my skin for months from guns shooting over 500.

Now, before you say "OMG LIARRRRRRR" Think.

Is it worth it to make yourself look like a fool? Because within a week I can have a video of me shooting a gun over 500 fps. Given I can get my hands on my friends gun and a chrono.

    Are you fucking kidding me?

    Look at this
Q: What makes a firearm under Canadian law?

A: To be classified as a firearm under Canadian law, specifically the Firearms Act, an airgun must fire in excess of 500 feet per second (152.4 metres per second) AND have a muzzle energy in excess of 5.7 joules.

If you want the link because you think you still have more idiotic arguments just tell me :)

    Help, paintball or airsoft gun?

    No, its not.

I'm not going to argue about something totally irrelevant and off subject.

Lets get back to airsoft vs. paintball shall we?

There are aspects in both games that are good, but I think that paintball, overall, is better.

It really depends on what you want.

The army trains with both air-soft and paintball, primarily paintball.
