I didn't read this article yet because of the lack of connection, but this just goes to show you some of the fatal flaws in the crypto industry.

You rarely find young and inexperienced employees at large financial instituions, but in Silicon Valley and the crypto world, people look at youth as a good thing, I mean just look at Valik, the owner of Bitmain (who doesn't know what he's doing or how to run an international company). People like Valik do it well, and so does Charlie Lee (except for his sometimes big mouth).

Doesn't surprise me, especially since the ETH team must love young and fresh minds, but the inexperience and eagerness can lead to mediocre results and problems like this one.
