I know this is him as I've been shown Skype conversation + ID in PM after asking you. You messaged me regarding this, and there is proof he's refunded you, however this is extremely sketchy behavior / poor trading practices @Blueboyb displayed as it ultimately led to your account being banned, which is why I've placed a TWC on him, which he can dispute here.
