Yeah we played you 3 days ago, was a close game. Both team are currently struggling but imo it's all about confidence. I would be sad to see Vigneault go because he's actually a decent coach and person.

 

Rangers are on the decline they missed the window had lots of close chances to win the cup and now the team is just isn't that good need to rebuild blaming it on the coach because the talent isn' there. The rangers have 0 30 goal scorers besides Nash and those days are behind him. And lundqvist is getting old cant expect him to be the same as he was years ago.

 

Fuck Radulov is sick

 

All the Stars really need is to find consistency and chemistry.

Some huge notable statistical differences in this years team:

#1 in the league on the powerplay currently
#2 in the league on the penalty kill currently
#5 in the league in shot suppression - defense is blocking a lot of shots
#9 in the league in goals against

A surprisingly bad statistic though: #19 in goals for.

A goalie that doesn't shit his diaper.

The Stars draft pick, Heiskanen, has missed 11 games in the finnish league and is still fourth in goals. Oh, did I mention he's a dman?

If the Stars can get back to their 2015 scoring form, this teams possibilities are limitless.

The defense is finally coming together. Hamhuis is a good locker room leader and Methot has been a breath of fresh air to an oft (rightfully) attacked unit. The only off-season pickup really struggling so far is Hanzal.

 

That stars powerplay is absolutely gorgeous tbh

 

What is with this season so far:

1. Devils are leading the Metropolitan with the least games played in the division, what?
2. Carey Price is sucking???
3. The Predators, Blackhawks and Wild are at the bottom of the Central division
4. How are the Knights 8-2? How are their goaltenders so good.

It's so funny to see Montreal fans asking for numerous trades, firing the coach hell even firing the GM after a shaky season debut. So many rumors floating around, last being sending Weber to Toronto in return of Nylander. Why the fuck would we send our best D-man when we currently have the worst defense of the entire league? I swear they are killing me.

 

Oilers are pulling a Stars. And that's not a good thing. Tear up the league then the next yr can't buy a win or defense.

Stars ended Vegas' 5 game streak tonight.
