This is the text we have a disagreement on.
I asked to get PAID when those levels and the quest are done and he SAID that 'To 64 str and to 68 str xp are the same' He never said that he'll pay me on those levels.
So I said that I understood his point of view and followed by a question what he thinks about my offer? He agreed.

This is where he starts with his 64 str requirement to pay up the first increment. Also added the picture that I sent to him on skype where quest is completed and 50 attack + 60 strength is achieved.

ALSO THE LAST JOB I DID FOR HIM, HE TOOK 27 HOURS TO PAY UP THE LAST 5M. That's not very fun.

What I request : 5000K payment for the work I've done. I even got him 61 strength even though it was agreed that 60 strength was the half-way point where he should pay me 5000K.
I also request 248K for the supplies I've bought with my own money.
And for the inconvenience he has caused me I also request 400K that I lost from buying-selling my gear to train his account.

Total : 5648K must be paid and the job is done.

@Simbiotic You did state that you're okay with paying out the first increment for the 50 attack + 60 strength milestone (seen here), therefore you'll have to pay him that increment now that milestone has been reached. The terms should've been discussed more clearly, and that goes for both parties.

 

Before that we discussed it and I said 58-64 is same exp at 64-68 so i would pay at 64. Getting 2 levels is no way near halfway done on a service. The screenshot cuts of the other part of that convo. At the end of the day its only 5m but it no way near half done on the service.

 

I don't know what you're trying to achieve with the picture on the bottom.

As I said you both were pretty unclear with your terms, and from what I see @RyanmillerX is owed money for the first increment as that's what you agreed on originally, however you're only owed 5248K as I can't hold him liable for 400K you lost due to "inconvenience he caused on you".

 

Trying to contact him on skype, no answer so far.
I'll let you know if he keeps ignoring me or if he pays me the 5248k

Hey I'll pay the 5m when I wake up tomorrow as long as Ryan commits to finishing the rest of the service otherwise the other payment should be void. I am also happy to pay for the loss of the equipment as long as the service is completed.

If you want that 61-68 strength finished then first you will pay me 5248K that you owe me + you can pay me 6M up front and I'll finish it for you. You'll also have to equip the account with the gear I've mentioned.

The other payment is void. You only owe him that money as he's done the work for it. The service can either end / continue after, but the terms discussed need to be more clear from here on out. Let me know when you've paid him @Simbiotic, so I can request your DNT to be removed.

 

Hey sorry I wastired lasst night responding. Here is my proper response.

The messages he has screenshotted happened after he had got to level 60 or 61. This is the conversation from before the service including actually what was said.



At this point the service began after Ryan equipped it nd I didn't hear anything about payment until he got to 60str and started demanding it going from friends to him thinking im scaming him over 5m. He wanted me to gear the account which was also suspicous asking for over 5m in gear. I think the guy just wants to make a quick 5m now and is twisting and editing his words to sustain that.

But again its only 5m and if you still side with him I'll happily pay him and move on. Sorry for inconviniance for making you do this twice thats my fault for wanting to respond quickly. Thank you for your time.

This picture is made after completing death plateau and before starting the skill training. Confirmed every detail because of the disagreement before where you didn't want to equip the account with gear. So I bought my own gear and confirmed the details; there you agreed to everything. Result is clear.

 

Could we get a final answer here? He refuses to pay out.

Tell me when the 5248K payment has been issued, and afterwards you can end the service, or continue (up to you guys).
