Kinda hard for me to choos between Arch Enemy and Children of Bodom but i picked Arch Enemy.

 

not my favourite band, but out of them amon amarth was my choice

 

I had to think for a second on whether I wanted to choose Norther, Arch Enemy, or Ensiferum.

I went with Arch Enemy though, since they're consistent with their quality. Norther has been going downhill ever since Solution 7. Arch Enemy, however, are as good as ever with their new album.

 

Dream Theater and Liquid Tension Experiment here. I voted Dream Theater though.

^Fall about boy certainly isn't metal, and isn't punk either. It could aptly be described as pop shit. I was looking at a list of the music some 7 hear old liked, fall out boy was right under the backstreet boys.

On topic - tough between COB and dream theater, I voted dream theater.

Children of Bodom hands down

 

Children of bodom are awful. in fact, most of these bands are awful, and you know it when you can walk into HMV and buy "hand socks" with their label on it.

if you want to hear real progressive death/grind, listen to Graf Orlock, or Bucket Full Of Teeth.
