Is there a sythe vent?

well good luck setting up, ill probably stick to using IRC... TBH i don't wanna hear what half the children on the forum talk like, Would be very cool to have intelligent or at least mature people to talk to though.

$3 a month? thats a vent server that could probably only fit like 5-10 people. the more people you want on the server at once the more your going to have to pay. i doubt anybody here can host a vent server unless they got a super good drive. Vent voice-quality is 100% better then TS. although TS is less laggy. its really up to whats going to happen.

P.S.: you can put passwords on servers etc.. and i have plenty of vent servers but i doubt any of them are deserted.

oh and BTW.. you can Chat in Vent.. yes.... and its not One-on-one....
just click the Chat button and anybody on the server can join.
that is how it works.

(nobody really cares that you know a lot about vent, a lot of people do)

And 15 people on one vent server is plenty.. Any more and it turns into failures spamming the chat with music, yelling, etc..

I think TeamSpeak is a bit better than vent but I use both. I use vent when I'm playing Guild Wars.

 

Vent is better for audio, not as much background noise..

 

15 people? it might be..

although in a vent server you can make different channels and maybe people wanna use different channels then other people. if you buy 1 vent server and only use 1 channel.. what a waste?... you could just go look for a public server or priv servers and ask the admin to make you a channel and give you admin.

 

I doubt they would just let you use one of their servers that THEY pay for..
