I know that, and that's why he's currently DNT'd. Just be patient, and refrain from responding for now unless it provides additional information to the report. If he doesn't respond within 24 hours, or ignores the report when he's online, then I'll ban him, but for now as I said just remain patient.

He asked me yesterday to help him unlock the account bc it was locked, now i cant even send a pm and got a non trade marker on my name???

i dont think that this is fair at all, i didnt do anything wrong.

Report was submitted because buyer contacted me 2 days prior mentioning that the account was locked, he initially sent you a message to which he got no response.

The next day he claimed the account was no longer locked, and passwords changed. Leading us to believe that you had recovered the account.

During this time you had also been online here in sythe.

@tekauwhata if he is trying to help you, please respond promptly

 

look at the screenshot, 5 nov.. its 6 now, he asked me yesterday to help. And i wasnt online.

THE ACCOUNT WAS LOCKED, I HAVE NO IDEA HOW ONLY HE KNOW.

AFTER HE ASKED ME TO HELP HIM TO UNLOCK THE ACCOUNT, I MADE AN APPEAL TO UNLOCK IT, SO JAGEX LET ME PUT A NEW PASSWORD AND EMAIL THATS ALL. IF HE DIDNT CRY THIS MUCH AND DIDNT MAKE ALL THOSE PROBLEMS, HE WOULD RECEIVE THE PASSWORD ALREADY, BUT BECAUSE OF THIS SHIT I CANT EVEN PM HIM OR ANYTHING.

SO GOODJOB YOU ALL, IM VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THIS STUPID FORUM.

 

@tekauwhata Did you ever contact @Rotterdam privately after the account was locked? If so, then please provide the whole conversation from start to finish here. If there's sensitive information, then feel free to post it / delete it immediately after for staff-only view.

 

rotterdam i asked for the details after you recovered the account there was no reply for 24 hours i assumed you werent going to give the account back. so i am sorry for the confusion and would love to have the account back for which i paid thank you.

Was the password changed after the account was locked (which would mean he had to change it as he would have to recover the account to unlock it)? Or was the password changed prior to the account being locked?

the account was locked for about 4 hours until rotterdam unlocked it and changed password and email ect he has not spoke to me about giving account back until now .

 

Well if that's the case, then he never recovered the account as he has to change the PW after recovering a locked account. Do you have full access to the account now?
