Guitar Problem FFS

Well i just got my new guitar + AMP
So i connected everything but there is no sound comming out of the AMP.
I got everything installed correct.

It looks like its something with the cable plug because when i pull it out for like 0,5CM i hear some sound from my guitar.

So im wondering if someone know how to fix this or what could be the problem.

 

It might be the "Gain" button. Make sure you've turned that to... Lets say the highest, and make sure that the volume is on the guitar and the on amp.

 

Or it could be that the wires that connect the input to the rest of the guitar have come loose. Happened to mine once and i had to solder them back on. Or it could be the volume of your guitar isn't turned up, try twisting all the knobs on it around until you hear a noise.

 

I got the setting good... which is
Gain: 2,5 / 10
Volume: 10 / 10

Trebble: 5 / 10
Middle: 5 / 10
Bass: 5 / 10

Also i have been messing around with the settings on the guitar to make sure its not that. It has something the Cable Plug or the AMP (Connector of the Input).

I said everything is connected like it should But i only hear sound when i pull out the Plug for 5MM or so.

 

It could be your cable. I know sometimes your amp messes up or something and you gotta mess with the input moving the thing up and down until you get sound. I think we had to put something to push it down until we fixed it.
