Get some help if she is suicidal. Professionals can Baker Act her. What this means is that they will take her away for 72 hours and run tests and ask her questions. This determines if they are suicidal.

Alright, well I could use some help/advice.

Towards the ending of last year, I was gone for the last couple of weeks. See, I was lactose and tolerant, but I hadn't known it. So my mom was giving me yogurt during those weeks, to try and make my stomach feel better. Anyways, we found out I was lactose and tolerant etc.

Turns out I have to go to this Alternative Education building. Where all the kids who are getting in fights, and stuff go to. Anyway, I thought it wouldn't be bad
because I would only have to go for about 2 months, and then go back to the normal school. So I went through hell for 2 months,( being called a gay retarded mother fucker, etc) also getting hit for no reason. So finally I get back to the
normal school. After a week, I was sick for 2 days with strep throat, and a doctors note. But for some reason, I get sent back to the Alternative Education building. First day I get back I get cheap shotted in the gut during break. Anyway, I try to ignore it, and I can't. We try to appeal to the other school, and they said no chance.

Without even having us attend the conference. Now the schoolwork isn't a problem, in this Alternative Education were doing so much easy stuff, I'm not getting challenged. I can get along with 0 people at this school, all my friends are at the normal school. So anything I can do?

Edit: I've been super depressed since I went back to Alternative Education.

Well there is not much you can do with this situation, but I suggest that try to ask your parents if you can go back to normal school. If they say 'no', then you should just try to get through it. You will make it, it is not permanent, only temporarily. Well anyways, good luck.

I've tried that. My mom says that I can, but it isn't up to my mom. It's up to the principal of the normal school. Yet she doesn't have a reason to why I'm at the Alternative Education. Except "we are doing whats best for you". Also, I don't think I could make it another half a year. I'm super depressed, and I'm already on an anti-depressant which isn't helping.

I'm not exactly sure what you can do about that to be honest; but you really need to have your parents lobby the board of education to let you back into the normal school.

Um avoid people at all cost , or learn some self defence classes I cannot really help you much either seeing is how like sucks either way you look at just one school comes with less bruises ^ ^ sorry my sad attempt at humor.
But anyways You could always get schooled over the internet that way you can still see your old friends and not get hit all the time.
So when the new school year comes around you can try and rejoin your old school in hopes they will let you return.

if you get hammered all the time you should really take pictures
of the evidence. spend months to make a big appeal approval.

SHOW them how you have been treated. SHOW them what they are doing to you.

if they feel what you feel.... im sure they will let you back to your normal
    school.

    till then.

Stay tough. dont let the hard times bring you down.

If the abuse is that bad; get evidence, show the school board, and finally tell the police if it does not stop.

This may be a little off topic, but if your helping with MENTAL support(Like trying to deal with something) then Im putting my question up.

I went to Ozzfest 2007 in St. Louis, and it was the best(and only) concert I have ever been to. I am going to Ozzfest 2008 in the same place, and last year we got sunburned, but it did not hurt because we already got sunburned that summer. How do I cope with the fact that I am going to get horrible sunburn over the summer, and if I am scared to go in the sun by Ozzfest, It will be so damn hot there that I will get sunburned there? I am really scared to get sunburned because last time the Aloe Vera gel stuff was really bothering me because it was cold and I like to lean back in chairs without getting stuff all over my back, and I had it for almost 5 days, and those were the worst 5 days of my whole summer! I can't cope at all with having to go through that all over again this summer! any suggestions?

I think the best thing to do is keep your parents up-to-date with how it's going at the new school and tell them you are worried you're not being challenged. I'm not sure how old you are, but I always messed around at school until the important years, and I put my head down and did the real work when I had to and made it into college. I don't have any experience of anti-depressants, but I know they are not the solution to a problem, although my sister was depressed over a year ago and they helped her. I think we all face challenges in life at certain times, and they make us stronger. I bet when you finish in this school you will be extremely happy right, and you will probably leave a stronger person than when you went in. Just make sure that you don't lose ground on your studies, find out what you have to learn to get back into regular school, get the books you need, and try and prepare for it, whatever the challenge is, it will make you feel better if you know you are doing something that will ultimately lead you where you want to go.

I think this forum's meant to be for people that actually need help, not people that are worried about getting sunburnt.

    But nevertheless, Sunblock,Hat,Clothing,Glasses.

MCR i say you attack the next person that touches you..there's a positive either way you go.....if you lose, you can take that as your last beating of the year( 1 beating compared to multiple beatings), because your possibly going to be handed over to another school or online school (primavera). if you win, then you get respect, and you get to go to another school. all i got to say is keep your hands up, protect your face, and possibly try to put some cranium to knee cap... if all else fails, ill tell you soem stuff about some kids at my school. well this real popular kid just beat up today at school and he went to the nurse with nots on his face and a bloody nose...con's- he lost, his face is hurt. Pro's- he lives to fight another day, he lives to learn to fight better, the girls are all over him because they felt bad for him for taking such a beating..

Ok, here's a quick question about girl issues. No, I'm not a girl, but a question regarding a girl.

We've had the same classes for about 8 months now. We talk like crazy in class, text alot and MSN alot as well. By this time I'd say we're really good friends. But, I get this feeling we have an attraction to each other. I know I do, but does she?

I've gone out with multiple girls before, so it's not my first time in the rodeo. Yet, I just can't tell. She draws hearts and stuff on my papers in class, we have really good talks etc.

But I don't want to ruin our good friendship by asking her out and making it all uncomfortable and the like...

BTW- I'm 16 and in the 10th grade.

    What to do? =\

Uh, I hope you're not talking about booze lol. Only 16 here, 21 is the legal drinking age in the Us. and I've considered it. We've talked about going to the mall or movies, just never really came through.
