    LF a 1-31 Pray, 40-55 Range, 10-40Hp Acc to Cape
    Hoping to entice people who wanted a unique account.

    I already have a fire cape shop (1-31 Pray Cape Shop - Starting from Just 49M - [25+ Done]), however for various reasons I am looking to complete an extremely low stat cape (both for the portfolio, and also for a bit of a challenge).

    If you have an account like this, then I will charge my normal 60-70 range, 75+Hp price of 130M. Accounts like this normally cost well over 250M to cape from sellers that will offer it.

    Requirements
    <50 range (>50 range will be considered if you are also <20 Hp)
    A rock cake (requires completion of fishing Contest and the respective part of RFD).
