Yes I can see what you mean. However whether one G-mod can pass it off as mere humor while another simply reaches for the ban-dildo shouldn't it fall down to what the rules state not the opinions of each mod. I admit there is some unique cases but porn I believe shouldn't be thought of as a childish joke as this site is based on a game mainly aimed at 13-17 year olds. If i'm correct you must be at least 18 years of age, or at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside or from to view explicit images/videos.
Hopefully Steph, Clash or any other admin read this as there is only so much you can do. This needs to be reviewed because I don't see how making exceptions in one case should be any different to another person who is banned for the same reason. It comes down to popularity really and if you piss a certain mod off they will come down harder on you (I learnt from Atomic).
If you would rather talk over msn than spamming the dispute forum add me. I don't expect you to keep me added or even add me at all but I enjoy talking over this matter and you to say the least are very intelligent.
