Its not fake, they have some stupid ads on their website sometimes.

 

it is fake. look at the website advertised... "gold4rs.com" theres no way in hell jagex would let this site post their ad on runescape.com. no way whatsoever.

Ads by google / by themselves. One might have slipped down the filter. I've seen pretty much sex-related ones before.

Also, why would there be that reporting sign (?) if they checked all of them
