doesnt have legends quest done, but has 182 qp. Barrows gloves, fire cape, void.

102 cb, 97 range 90 def, 80 str, 70 atk, 91 hp, 83 mage,

 

I'm looking for an account that barely has the requirements, so for less than half of what you're asking for your account.

AAron has 1 with v low skills b gloves + lunars
but its got extra quests than what you need and would probs be like 150m+
dono what your budget is

I think you can get a legends one without rfd/lunars done for under 100
if you cant find one lemme know and ill make you one from scratch
