Canker sores?

Has anyone had past experiance with canker sores/mouth ulcers? Please explain your story.
Iv been dealing with canker sores before i can remember as a kid.
But recently iv been getting them more often and they are painfull..

I have a ulcer inside my lip and its painless for some reason any suggestions/cures other then salt water

 

Stress and anxiety can increase the chances of getting canker sores.
Funny you posted this, as 4 days ago I had the worst canker sore of my life, on my tongue.
Orajel is the answer my friend.

Yeah its very fusterating for someone whos been getting these since i young, So annoying! really wish i could just stop getting them, however i do have very very bad anxiety..

 

Anxiety is a major factor my friend.
Low immunity to infections.

 

How should i go about trying to get over anxiety?

 

That’s a whole different scenario.
I suppose it depends on what causes your anxiety.

 

Canker sores can come down to lack of sleep, stress/anxiety, and bacteria. There's no specific pin point as to why people get mouth ulcers and it grosses me out as I type this. Get some Orajel for sure and keep your lips hydrated.

 

Do you get them often?

 

Not constantly but I used to. Being a full-time college student, working, bla bla bla, operating off a little sleep per night. Once I fixed my sleeping schedule, drank water + vitamin C pills for immune system and kept my lips hydrated, never again an issue.

 

Ok so i should pick up some vitamin c pills?

 

I think so. While stress is a related to canker sores, one of the underlying factors is bacteria as well. Hydrate (water) well, take some vitamin C to keep the immune system up and running to help fight off bacteria. I'm not sure if your lips get dry often but keep them hydrated and keep a tube of orajel on you to help out with any current canker sores. You should be fine.

 

Orajel seems to work well for me.

 

How would i get them 1's at the back of the throat those ones piss me off the most :C

 

Use Sensodyne toothpaste. Most toothpaste has the ingredient that may trigger canker sores but Sensodyne doesn’t have it.

 

And while you are at it, use the sensitive one. I use Pro Glasur complete and I've never had any issues.

 

before using this toothpaste did you get them often?? this seriously maybe the issue now that i think about it

 

I had them all the time, alongside small infections in my mouth in general. I can really recommend sensodyne.

 

Yeah i seem to get alot of mouth infections sadly.. well off to get sensodyne after work tommrow.

 

To many effects can Be the cause of a mouth infection weather is sleep or toothpaste but try and get medication, or consult a doctor, they'll be your best bet and in relation to anxiety depends of which many medications are out there to help treat it, or therapy, wish you the best man!
