Opinions on Obby Zerk

I’ve always wanted an Obby Zerk, haven’t ever pk’d On that build though, so I’m not entirely versed on it.
I have fought against them in the wild, and with a 1 def pure, they are TOUGH.
What are your opinions on the build, any recommendations or tips for me?
I’m planning on making one.

In my opinion I would just go for 60 defence for obsidian armour

 

Haven’t seen the obsidian armor much yet, definitely look into it.
What’s the price of full?

Attack bonus it gives for Obby weapons is cool.

Obby Tanks are Meta atm, and it’s pretty easy to get fights because you’re still risking even when unskulling

Man you have missed out, I have maxed TWO of them, and sold them both on here. Great builds, fun as fuck, just make sure you build them right.

Besides that, they are really untouchable in wildy if you are a decent pker, you just risk an average like 300k to a normal like 60k loot though, but like I said if you are good at pking your K/D will even out with loots and you can make some bank

What build do you recommend? 45 def or 60?
& Any guide on how to build properly?

 

There is quite a few options and room for wiggle just depending on the combat bracket you want to PK in, and also what you have more fun pking WITH. I went with the melee option and kept my range low and just did melee/melee but I was mid combat bracket.

I would say start off as a basic 1 def mauler, and after you get it decent stats, pk with it a bit then you can decide what to do from there. I didn't get to test the 60 def low str maulers but they seemed fun, I personally liked my obby zerkers, you just can't get the strength to high or you end up just fighting maxed pures, void pures, and lower level zerkers, and it's just not fun.

Yeah, I figured probably best to stay low lvl Cb bracket.
What’s prime Cb lvl & prime Str lvl for a Obby Zerk?

 

uhhhh I would say no higher than like...85, it also depends on what prayer level you want, I would probably go for 1 pray firecape to save you a few combat levels, just gotta have the $$$$ to fund that cape.

That's the only thing I wish I did with mine was get the firecape with 1 prayer

 

Just do normal obby mauler, they are really op with 1 pray/1 def/1 attack and 99 str. Pretty sure you can hit 45 ish with that maul.
