Terrible Service. I have used this website to buy gold a handful of times in the past, and recieved the the best service ever, until today. I went on their website and purchased 75m rs3, where I went into their live chat, posted my order id was was greeted with a simple "ok" then waited a handful of minutes till I had to ask if the person was still there on livechat. Finally I recieved this:

I have bought less than 100m before, but literally as the pictures shows she claims she does not deliver below 100m, when there website has a button that offers 50m buy now, which is pretty useless considering they will not give you your gold.

Well the convo went on, she repeatedly said she was refunding, I claimed I wanted to speak with someone else, which honestly I don't know if she even read, as no matter what I said all I got for a reply was refunding, or cant deliver less than 100m. Eventually she offered me the option to refund or wait to speak with rswap, im assuming the owner, I chose to wait and her next reply was payment refunded.

So terrible customer service off the start, misleading quantities of gold, continued customer service, then she ignored her own offer to wait for the refund. Best part now my 16$ CAD is stuck in a pending paypal refund for 7-14 days. Talk about quality.
