I need to learn how to make a proper scam report.

so i talked to this guy on skype and we arranged the meeting for the game and i told him that he shouldnt but he instead said should so i told him thats okay and he said fine so we did it and then i told him that i didnt need it anymore, thats fine then we met up because it was the next day and i told him that it wasnt needed by he instead didnt care or listen to me or something like that but it didnt matter because on the next day he got back to me and then we into the game and he told me about how he couldnt do it i told him that we should do it some other way so that we could fully complete the trade and he didnt understand how or what i meant by that so i told him on Skype what i meant. then that happened and we met up in real life and exchanged a few words and i made sure that it was him and he even confirmed with me in the DMs. then its when got really weird when he took my money and didnt give it back.
