but i think its more likely sythe isent buying enough bandwidth. Since it seems that the less people that are on the faster sythe is.

The Solution: Buy more bandwidth for a month. It sythes performance increases your problem is not having enough bandwidth. If it is about the same your problem is DDosing. If your being DDosed then switch to a web hosting service that provides better security.

That would be our best way. Getting new servers is a pain in the neck, especially since if we just get new servers, that'll just mean whoever is DoSing us will most likely try to use the old botnets, etc. and use them on our new servers, etc. etc.

I understand that Sythe can't always be here to help out though.

Security IS taken seriously on this site, however when we have several GROUPS of people who have nothing better to do than find loopholes and fuck with the forums it is hard to stay ahead.

you say you're an A+ Computer technician, yet you're a complete dumbass.

You assume he's doing very little simple because he doesn't broadcast everything he does for security. If he told the site what he does for security, then those who look for ways to attack know just what security is used and can easily bypass it.

We already know the problem is DDOSing, so why waste money on more bandwidth for one month that those DDOSing will simply chew up with the attacks. There is no definative way to stop DDOSing and with a site this large, it's even harder.

Next time you offer your opinion, don't be such a lazy dumbass and think before you type.
