Question For All

Hello, i don't know if this is in the right spot but anyways lol, ok so i am not that great with graphic art so i am looking for someone who can make me a l337 background for my computer, here is what im looking for..

 

Not sure if you've actually bothered to think of a design, instead of throwing stuff together that you like, but this would look absolutely horrible. You have bad taste
