Looking to return - Sycophant

I (Sycophant) was banned for having my account hacked and the hacker then scamming over a year ago

The person I was supposed to pay back has now been banned

I was just wondering what I need to do to possibly see about getting back on Sythe? I have not created any new accounts or tried to ban evade but if possible really would like to be able to use the site again.

When I look at the scam report I see no amount of trade mentioned, no proof of the paypal payment and don't really see how if it was PayPal the guy couldn't of just charged back? Not that I am blaming the guy who was scammed.

I did have a previous dispute when it originally happened, I think there may of been another thread somewhere too but I can't find it without the ability to search, this one comes up on google. Sycophant Account Hacked

Amount: $73 (via Paypal, confirmed by vouches/completion of trades) - user said he was going to chargeback but we would not be able to confirm this. I advise you to reach out to this user to check. Post back with what you find out (if anything). The standard time frame we leave available is 30 days. If it turns out he got his money back, we can proceed.
