EliteSigs account recovery

Hi,

I recently tried to login to my account but found I was banned due to a hacker compromising my account. I read on some other threads that posting from an IP address used by the account can be used to verify that its me but I've moved around a lot since.

Could someone let me know what evidence I need to supply so I can get my account back?

Your account was severely hacked. Was your email ever compromised? I'll need a virus scan from you.

Were you a donor? Do you have access to your current email?

 

I was unable to post replies on the last thread so i figured i'd answer the questions in one post.

My email has never been compromised nor my PC through viruses etc.
I was never a donor during my time using EliteSigs.
I still have access to the email address used with the corresponding account.

 

Yes, just post a new thread and we will merge it with the existing thread.

OK well please post a scan of your computer for me, because we need to find out how this happened.
