"Magic" Banned/Hacked

Hey, trying to recover my account that got banned. When I log in it says: "You have been banned for the following reason: Potentially hacked - please make a dispute to prove you own this account."
The username is "Magic", not sure what to post to prove I own the account.
The email is [email protected] which I have access to.

I've reset my password on both my email and Sythe account, along with adding 2fa to my account. Can I get the DNT removed?
