That is not actually true. In england, if a 14 year old girl and guy have sex, the 14 year old could be charged with statutory rape.

It is human nature to want to have sex at an early age. we were ment to. There are so many problems with it being okay to have sex at an early age though.

For one, if they made it okay, so many more people would be having sex, thus more unplanned babies which kids tend to be too unresponsible to care for another kid. The already very populated world would get even more populated. STD's would grow even more. Now im not saying all kids are unresponsible but the government can't ever allow it and hope that the majority of kids are responsible because the majority are not.

Now people still do it anyway but having laws against it does stop a lot of people who fear of getting caught. Im 15 and if I want to bang then I will bang and no laws will stop me but I would take the proper precautions of course but there will always be the kids who don't. It really isn't like the gov cracks down on kids having sex because they don't, you can't stop them from doing it, just use a condom ffs. Now adults with kids is a completely diff issue and the gov does crack down on that.

 

In nevada age of consent is 16...

Educate people on contraception properly, instead of just saying "Don't have sex" bcause people don't listen to that.... STD's same thing, get people tested.

 

Now a days a lot of schools have people come in and talk about sex and risks. They did this in my 8th grade year. They really just tought me a bunch of different STD's and what they do to you. I think the problem is kids arn't responsible enough. If all kids were taught to be responsible in life then this wouldn't be a big issue. But the majority arn't, and they probly know the risks but they are willing to take a chance for pleasure. A responsible kid would at least take the right precautions.

The girls in pornos probly uses birth control. An std is transfered when someone else has it and USUALY is transfered to you by skin to skin contact. Meaning there privates touching your privates.I don't believe you develope an STD out of nowhere. Some STD you can tell if they have and some you can't, by just looking.

although im not a girl and its weird to answer I think a girl would prefer none (or close) as men prefer none on girls. But like I said, im not a girl.
