I have two level 3 accounts with 432 on them.

Accounts are not members but use to be, I don't play Runescape anymore I stopped a long time ago. One account has 83m in cash and 2-3m in items.

I have no idea what the price is for anything anymore, second account has 349m cash and nothing else.
I seen the Bounty Hunter trading way but they're lvl 3 and non-member, so you can buy the account and level it yourself it's up to you.. but that is the only way I know of.

I am Paypal verified with seller protection so please don't waste my time on chargebacks.
