    I paid GoldKFC to do a few quests on my account and they claimed they were 100% safe and wouldn't harm my account in any way. I was still cautious and took most of my items off the accounts, besides runes and other random skilling stuff, equaling about 120M. I didn't take much video of what happened due to the fact that they have such a large amount of vouches, but as you can see from the pictures, all of my placeholders are gone and the incinerator is up.

    They claim they didn't start yet, but I have not given ANY information to anybody and only just disabled my authenticator for the account right as I ordered. They said 10 hours ago they will start and not to get on my account.

    They incinerated all of my untradeables, everything.

    I really wish I would've taken images and video before the transaction of my bank account, but seeing as they were one of the most trusted sites, I didn't bother.

    Hey @Slobalt,

    Can you provide the unedited version? Also include more pictures of the conversation from the livechat, and provide any Skype logs if you contacted him on Skype.

    Delete the post after you make it, so that staff are the only ones who are able to view it.

    Also proof that there were no potential keyloggers out of coincidence that it happened the same day i ordered a questing service.

    I'm going to review other information that was privately provided that may have correlation with this report. I will ask more questions depending on the relevancy of the information (if any) I can obtain from that as it may apply to this report. For now just be patient please.

    Just read all,and checked with my workmate.We did not login and touch his account .
    Our mate was busy last night ,got delay for firecape and quests orders .I'm very sorry for it.
    We always ask customers to move all value items and gold before giving out account infos, make everything easier, really wont get in trouble .

    That password was never used before this service and your worker was the only one given the information to the account with the credentials. Your worker was the only one notified of the Authenticator being shut off. My thoughts was a couple days before the service I had an argument with your worker on the live chat about being respectable to customers. I believe it to be that worker that took it personally to attack my account

    Sorry for the wait. The reasoning for me taking so long to make a response was because I'm currently looking at another report in which a user tried to frame @Rskingp (off-site) as it may have some relevancy here. A moderator from there finally got back to me, but it's not applicable here. There's no way to prove @Rskingp took anything off of your account @Slobalt as you have no proof to back up your claims, and he even told you to move all valuables as he does with all of his customers, so you're not going to get anything that was lost from your account returned to you.

    Seeing as you're trying to claim @Rskingp, or one of his workers "stole" from your account, then I presume that you would like the order to be cancelled, so you'll have to accept your refund of $23.96, and then this will be closed.

    @Rskingp please let me know once the refund has been sent.

    I've asked you to confirm that you've received the refund, and you've checked this thread numerous times without responding, so I'm under the assumption that you have received it. Going to close this thread as there is proof that the refund has been sent, but if any issues arise feel free to create another report.
