can silab/mopar work offline?

is this possible? if it is could anyone explain how to get it to work and what files i would need to get, i dont have internet at my house im at mybrothers but i have a few networked computers at home and i would like tohost and mess arond in private servers and everytime i open silab/mopar it comes up with the "there was an error whilst loading runescape" error, anyway so can silab or mopar work offline?

 

All i can say: Of course you can. get a clinet and a server. launch server first than client.

*Scan before running exe files*

Open it, click "Start Server" on the left side, which starts a basic hybridscape.

Login "127.0.0.1" or "localhost" with any user+pass and you should be in your own moparscape server.
