A Runescape level 83 has 1282 total skill points.Around 200k in gp.Some of the items it has right now are Dragon Med Helm,Dragon Square Shield(Done Legends quest)Dragon Boots,Abyssal Whip(70 attack)Saradomin Robe Top Robe Bottom Saradomin Cloak Saradomin Mitre along with full Saradomin God book.It can make Nature runes with enough Pure Essance to raise it to Level 54 Runecrafting so it can make Law runes(I have a Law Talisman)It has 63 Range 65 Mage 80+ cooking 80+ Fishing So it can fish and cook sharks also have a pair of cooking gauntlets to help with cooking.It can cut and burn yews.Can make Yew short bows.
