    Just happened to notice an open scam report on this user and since I've also done a recent PayPal trade with the person I decided to check and, ive also been charged back.

    If you have any proof that its him, whether you required an ID, email verification, shown receipts, literally anything that can link him to it you can win the dispute. You can also try and upload screenshots of the chat you had with him via whatever messenger, I know PayPal will SOMETIMES accept that. Otherwise, if you've got a website you can call Paypal and tell them his IP & Geo location (with screenshots of him on the site) and they'll auto deny his chargeback. GOOD LUCK FAM
