Nah Bucko’s relativley new, not sure who Protector is, look for someone with lots of vouches for account sales, join date a while ago, active on the forums.

Could be worth buying a max main staker, and getting someone to train it to base 70’s depends on your budget.

What sort of account are you looking for? I’ll have a quick look around when I have 5 mins

Would be my idea of someone I’d feel safe purchasing an account from price may be higher but you’re paying for piece of mind knowing the account will never get recovered.

 

Maxed with sub 70 all skills except farm around 90 would do sub 70’s maxed cb

 

The account I linked previously basically covers that although it has a botting ban, if you never Bot yourself you’ll be fine I’ll have another look now.

I sold one maxed combat 99 Farm 90 Con all 70+ a while back and undersold it massively because I needed cash would have been perfect for you.

If you really wanted to buy an account, I would suggest buying from Sythe moderators who sell accounts, there are few. It will cost a bit more, but there is no need to be scared about recovery.

 

Yeah I would agree with A Broken Man (One of the "most trusted" sellers on here that's banned.. OH THE IRONY LOL)

Definitely just create a new account and just pay someone to train it up for you. It will be more expensive but much more safe. Runescape accounts are very easy to recover if it's the original owner that's selling it to you, and even if they don't recover right away, there will always be a chance that they will recover it somewhere down the line when you've invested so much time/money into training their account.
