I am looking for help with gambling addiction. If anybody is able to help me privately and confidentially please let me know, I would like to share some detail regarding personal circumstances etc. Directly affecting this which I do not wish to share openly on this thread. This has been a long term underlying issue and it is proving itself at the surface now more frequently. Please post here or pm me if you can help. Thank you.
If this has been an on-going issue, then I believe the best decision moving forward for you would be to speak to a professional. I've never spoken to one myself, but when I used to have a gambling addiction (still somewhat have it, but I've improved a lot through the help of my good friends online) I would reach out to friends for advice, and some of them had family members who were destroying their lives with gambling, but when they talked to a professional it really changed their lives for the better of themselves, and their families. Gambling is a big problem around the world, but it's a market people want to get into because they know how careless people can be with their money. That's why there are so many websites / business in this industry because they know how big the profit margins can be. Back on topic though feel free to message me anytime, and I'd be glad to help you out as best as I can. I'll also leave some links below that may help you cope with the problem, and change your mindset. Gambling addictions are a tough issue to overcome, but I know you can do it man. Also if you were ever considering medication I'd say hold off on that, and try other methods prior to that. I struggle with this addiction too, Sometimes I win 1000's but then can lose it all within the space of 5 minutes, most of the time I end up going into Ladbrokes and putting £40 in, getting up to £300 then seem to forget it's real money and lose it all and then have no money left for myself...At time's I've even spent a whole month's wages within 30 minute's to try and win something but end up losing it all. It's a horrible thing to get into and even worse when it becomes a problem like it did for me, You end up in reality just trying to win back your loss which 90% of the time never actually even happens, It made me depressed and everything at one point. It's very hard what to suggest as I still to this day have the same issue and it's difficult because there are so many ways to come across gambling both in the streets and online! My best advice would be to seek professional help from somewhere..I hope it get's sorted
I have dabbed in gambling before i was bad at bookys amusements used to spend 100s. I looked at like this i was loosing more then i was winning at casinos etc so i carried on for a while just monitoring how much i was spending to how much i was getting back. And i did this over 4 week period , i did 2 weeks of sensible gambling and not at all And would you off guessed it? I actually was up not gambling and i found some money which is where i realised i had to stop. You need to cut all ties with people who gamble as it will tempt you back in. block all gambling site so you cant access them with cards etc Message me if you would like to talk

Addictions are all best assisted with 12 step programmes in my opinion. You can google a number of those, they're all very similar.
