if possible i need a free banner for my shop please!

hi, um i was wondering if anyone can help me make a signature or banner for my shop,

nothing to fancy, i would pay but rs gp is banned ,

uh i would like a counter strike source back-ground, and i would like it to say "Neons counter strike source surfing help!" or something similar,
