how to pass the trade thing

this came up as a complete accident. a friend of mine got scammed out of 5mil because he had 7mil and stupidly traded it for 52k eye of newts. he said that in the trade screen it showed up as a worth of 8.2mil. but when he went to sell it, he saw that the prices were actually 2mil for them.

Sparks an idea? It does to me. Have the buyer get 52k newt eyes, (from character so its cheaper) but the GE prices will make it appear mroe than it's actual worth. then the seller of the gold can trade him 8.2mil and voila. the gold seller sold about 6mil.

Im not sure this works cause of the prices updates but it might. im trying to check but my comp is being an idiot.

they stopped this method to they make it so that you can only sell a certain item of things in a certain amount of time
