Why must a person who shows no regret be executed?

Wouldn't that give their opinions on the matter an emotional (read: irrational) bias?

Must he suffer?

 

He's a classic psychopath, he didn't feel remorse, but he was good enough about lying about it to product the illusion that he did care.

 

- Did the guards plan for him to be killed? If you were in their shoes would you have?
- Did he deserve it? In my opinion no, he should have served his sentence in solitary confinement and one meal a day, that way he would've been away from the other inmates = a full sentence until death.
- Did he genuinely feel remorse for his actions like he so claimed when he was arrested? You never know, I myself do not think so people like that cant and wouldn't if given the chance.
- What the FUCK was wrong with him?! We shall never know, but my thought is that people like the aforementioned had some sort of mental trauma when young causing severe effects if not treated at the young age...

 

It's prison justice at it's greatest.

 

Haha, I remember seeing this in the IRC a week or so before.

I think probably that the guards didn't mean for this to happen, but they could have seen it coming with Jeffrey Dahmer being put up with those convicts anyway. IMO, he REALLY deserved death. Honestly. Like the last question says, "WHAT THE FUCK WAS WRONG WITH HIM?" Someone who has those problems, and who has actually murdered and raped several and many males, deserves a severe consquence. He was one fucked up man. Eh, but I guess people like him balance out the world.

 

Who are we to decide who deserves to live or die?

 

I would have done it too... he did not deserve to live whatsoever. Lots of people believe its wrong to judge whether someone can live or die, but with this one its a no brainer. I'm glad that fucker got what he deserved.

 

I don't think anybody should be purposely killed.
It doesn't bring back the people he victimized.

 

Here are my views, after watching the A&E on Youtube.

- Did the guards plan for him to be killed?

Probably not. BUt if you were in the room alone with him, and you knew what he had done, would you do the same? Knowing that it would probably not affect your jail-time.

- Did he deserve it?
This is like asking if the death penalty is right. Does any human deserve to be killed?

- Did he genuinely felt remorse for his actions like he so claimed when he was arrested?

The majority of his deaths were painless. His killing method normally consisted of drugging, then strangelling to death. I probably did feel bad about killing, and I don't beleive it was his intention to kill, I guess it was just something he ended up doing.

One would say he was mentally ill. He was a canibal. What the fuck is wrong with any murderer? I suppose his logic was just different? I'm not saying what he did was right though.


Anyways, there is my statement.

- What the FUCK was wrong with him?! Who knows..The BTK guy, instead of taking personal responsibility, blamed it on something called "Factor X"

 

Well at least he didn't let them go to waste after he killed them...

A human who can rape and kill 17 other humans all of the same sex is sick.
There is no other word for it other than SICK.

 

Why would he deserve death? What would that accomplish?

 

Did he deserve it? Well Ofcourse not he should have been torcherd till he begged to be killed. ME.. personaly i would have choped off one of his legs and put poision in it and threw him into a pitch black room and put his leg some where in that room and let him find it and let him eat it and then he would die from the poision :]

Oh yea i would have his eyes removed also so it would have been harder for him to find it ;]

 

yeah..this is why in the U.S it states that there shall be no cruel or unusual persecution..

hope you dont become a police or any other official.

 

This would accomplish nothing beyond your silly, petty sense of revenge.

he doesnt deserve today hes just living by his thought you are what you eat lol jk but also there was a rumor where he didnt die from a head injury he died from a broom rammed up his ass..

 

That would have been unconstitutional.

And no i don't think the guards planned to have him killed.

 

Personally I think that he probably had some kind of trauma before the incident, Otherwise how would the guys know that he was the murderer, isn't that kept confidential.
