Need Help With Contact

Hi,

I was banned 2 years ago for scamming the sythe member "Wise" for 50M 07. For the past year I've been attempting to contact wise to refund him the money that I scammed to clear my conscious and ultimately come back to sythe as I have matured and realized what I did was wrong.

With that being said, I have been unsuccessful in him responding to me over skype and was wondering what else I can do? If anyone has a different contact method for him or idk
