A.what paypal should i open business or personal account.
B. which way should i receive money "family friends...? or any other dont wanna get banned on paypal.
C. should i acept to sent money only from people with verify paypal?
D.from which country is the best ex, united kingdom ,china,united state, etc.
E.show me all if i forgot something please answer short as many members on sythe as you can.

The Only Reason I'm Opening paypal is for selling runescape gold,1-2b max every month.

B. Depends on who you send money to and for what purpose. Family and friends should any be used to send to family and friends, however using this option a small amount of times for other purposes wont get you banned.
C. Funds through PayPal are always recoverable.

E. Would suggest you to look into Bitcoins. PayPal has a high chance of chargebacks/scams.
