Sorry but you are posting in the wrong section. This section is meant for sales only, and you should refer to the crypto currencies discussion section!
    I hope this helps!

I'll answer your question though :)

Hello! The best place would probably be coinbase.com

    Go on
    Create an account
Link your SSN, and follow all the steps

It helps if you have online banking!

(Coin base offers different "tiers", depending on how much of your account is verified. I order to use a credit card you need to link it and verify it. For a beginner, it might be best to just link a card and not a bank account, but if you are looking to sell BTC and recieve cash, linking a bank account is basically a must)

    Also you can try....
    Kraken
    Bittrex
LocalBitcoins (a favorite among many, but expect to pay higher than BTC actually cost, and not nearly as simple as coinbase)

Also, if you are looking for a good BTC wallet, you could you electrum, coin base built in wallet, or a hard wallet, but I'm sure for right now that's out of the question. The sites I listed comes with their own BTC wallets, so no need to have one for off site, but electrum is very safe and is a good place to store coins you just want to hold onto for a while, but can be tricky if you aren't familiar with the technology and the UI is not meant for new BTC users.

    OR
you can simple buy BTC from users here:)

If you are looking for BTC to buy or sell, read the section rules fully, then make a posting here.

An example would be "buying BTC for PayPal / Skrill (100% blockchain rates)".
