• The skills are of a decent level to begin making the serious exp/gp rates immediately upon login.
• The account does not have ANY offenses or mutes to date.
• The account has about 1.5M worth of gold, basic skilling and combat items banked! (no need, therefore, to dangerously and suspiciously transfer items to the account)
  
• It has 47 quest points (all F2P quests have been completed, as well as some P2P quests).
