Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

I was banned on May 10th for not taking precautionary measures before trading. I was selling an account to another user on this forum. I staked the money he traded me for the account before I had transferred full ownership of the account (I used the account being sold to stake on with his permission before transferring ownership) . After I had won the stake I went to transfer the email to the buyer but my email wouldn't let me login due to suspicious activity and I was not able to recover the email instantly. I told the buyer this and refunded him on his request. I offered to give him the user and pass at the time, and that I give him the email the next day (when I got it back). There seriously was no intent to trade negligently, and these circumstances are unusual especially as I staked the money before. Prior to my 15+ acc sales I never had any email issues.

I was initially given a TWC then given a ban following a staff discussion. If you were in my shoes you would understand how sad the circumstances of my ban were. There would have not been any problems had I had the email on hand (even though the buyer was assured to have the account in his possession with full ownership the following day).

On my ban appeal I was told to be active on the forums to show I care for more than trading. I have remained active. After my first denied pardon I made a concentrated effort to get to know more people in this community to build trust without trading. I have ceased gambling and have had 6 months off this site without trading to learn from this fuck up.

I want to be part of the active trading community, I have made friends that I have plans to do business with and so I ask sincerely to be pardoned for my unruly trading practices.

Extra information: Since my ban/DNT I went onto expand my sales. I have joined powerbot as a sponsor. My intentions are to build a successful business in account sales only and to be part of this group
