Explanation of the trade: We agreed on a service of 31-50 agility in 2 days of time second day he was on the account while i was supposed to train last levels he didnt answer me on skype.After some hours he says hes changing the password and he didnt even pay me for the levels i did (31-40)

I already offered to pay. The rate was 28gp/xp. 31-40 is 625,000 or $0.625. I can send him the following: two quarters, one dime, and a nickel. There are no pennies in Canada so for the extra $0.025 he would he would have to pay for the stamp. Either that or you could not wake me up by spam calling me in the morning and wait 8 hours like I told you so I can pay you for ten pieces of gum in virtual currency.
Edit: I’ll take melt value for the pennies if he prefers it that way.

Hmm I wonder what happens when you have multiple people doing multiple things on your account. Someone was finishing the last of my Castle Wars order while I was sleeping. He was finished an hour after you started spamming me. I changed the password because you’re impatient and you were threatening to report me because I had other people on MY account. I’m not going to let someone that’s impatient and angered at me on a pure, you’re just going to ruin the account so I changed it. I offered you payment for the exp you trained but you’d have to wait 8 hours because I left my house and you continued to spam me. If you can’t read or wait I’m just going to send troll messages to you, chances are you won’t read them anyways.

 

Also I want the rest of the conversation NOW I cannot wait any longer. It was funny as fuck.

I blocked him, he keeps insulting me and pegging me to pay him despite not me telling him I would when I get home. If he wants the payment he’ll upload the convo here and I’ll pay him.

he claims he is a worker for the individual in question and he was bribed to withdraw his take in this report, a simple screenshot showing previous chat logs + skype ID would be more than enough. The ill-intent alone to bribe the user should be more than enough to punish him, this is just from my previous experience with roaming around the RAS section.
