explanation of the trade: acquired his service for quest completion, gave him my account information, 4 hours later he still had not completed the quests so I logged onto my account and many valuable items were gone. list of items missing: 575k gold, 18k pure essence, 176 sharks, uncharged trident, karils robe/bottom/coif, blowpipe,archers ring, cannon, dragon axe, abyssal whip(ice), dragonfire shield, 23 furies, totaling 31+m stolen.

Like anyone who has just lost 30m in items immediately after giving a person their account information, I do not feel comfortable allowing Cybex to complete the 3 quests on my account and he will not refund my 9m since no rules were established. While he did not specifically tell me that there could be a refund if the quests weren't complete, his post on sythe does not specify any service rules which made me believe that common sense and decency would take place. Sorry for the late reply had my sythe closed out. The user paid me 9M 07 to do the quests, first I told him if he paid 14m i'd start right now at the time but he lowballed me and paid 9m and said he wasnt in a rush so I was fine with that. I continued to finish a previous job I was doing and didnt start his job immediately. I didnt even log into the account. Then he messages me and tells me that I cleaned out his bank? I was like wtf, I told you I didnt need anything besides a little gp for supplies and he said he bought the supplies already so I said that was fine. This was before he gave me the info. Then he accuses me of taking his money and asks for a refund for the quests cause he claimed I didnt start it right away. I explained I asked for 14m to start right away and he was like ohh... So its clear hes just trying to throw a fit for me not starting right away and blackmailing me for the same reason to make a profit. He said he would report me and I said Ok I will let mods deal with this. At the start he said he had pics of his bank before he gave me details so I told him to post it. Here is the screenshot where I told him I didnt need anything but a few hundred K to start the quests:

So its clear I gave him instructions of what I needed BEFORE he even gave me details because I hear about shit like this where ppl try to scam all the time. The fact that he recorded a full video of his bank before and after should be enough proof that he was "Expecting" his bank to be wiped clean and he should be banned for trying to blackmail

Secondly, who records their bank before a trade "Expecting" to get hacked or be protected and not just transfer off the gp or items to another account?

Lastly, with regards to the quests. I am fine to complete the quests for him as I told him once this report is settled. Because I did login to the account after he claimed it was wiped and did see the items for the quests.

I was not low-balling you. I had another quester quote me 8m[1]. second, i do not believe that you were doing another quest before I place my order because you specifically told me that you were not doing anything at the time that i messaged you [2]. As for making a screen recording of my bank. I was giving my account information to a complete stranger and wanted to make sure I have insurance in case anything actually went awry. thirdly, there is no chance that he logged into my account and saw the quest items in my bank because i immeditately changed my bank pin when i realized that my bank was cleaned. I did not change my account password until 7:30pm.

@Twisted_Gunnar We cannot prove who took the funds off of the account. If you would like a refund from @Cybex on the quest please say so. If you would like for him to continue the quest service please say so.

 

I would like a refund since i do not feel comfortable giving him my account information again.

Okay no problem I will refund the 9m, User said he will be available 2pm tmrw to collect the money and I will post a gif when he collects it. I will also like to request that the title be change since it will harming to my reputation since it is clearly obviously I didnt take anything and I am willing to refund (which was the OPs plan to start). Also is there any reciprocations for the OP from posting a sketchy report which just smells of blackmail or setup? @Champ
