    [GUIDE] First Time: Bitcoin

Note: originally posted here: [GUIDE] First Time: Bitcoin. and was re-posted due to individual being banned.
    Intro
Bitcoin is an amazing way for both the buyer and the seller to use as a payment method! It's great for the seller because it's anonymous, and you can avoid chargebacks! It's great for the buyer because you're more likely to get a better price, you're not going to get asked for ID, and again it's anonymous! Bitcoin is like a stock, this means the price is volatile and can fluctuate. An example of this would be you spend $10 on bitcoin, the next day it could be worth $9, or $12. This all depends on the market.

    Getting Started
First thing you need to do is choose a wallet/vendor. My personal favorite is www.circle.com so we'll use that for this guide. Once you're on Circle, go ahead and fill out all the registration info. Once that's done you're going to be asked to go through an extremely brief verification process. Don't worry if you need Bitcoin right now, circle's verification is automated! This means as soon as you fill in the verification, you're ready to trade. In some rare cases it may not be instant but that's highly unlikely.

    Getting Bitcoin
Now that you've created your account, you want to get your hands on some bitcoin. You can get bitcoin buy either purchasing some on Circle, or receiving them from another person. To purchase them, you are going to want to link a Credit/Debit card, or a bank account. Once you've done that click "Buy Bitcoin". You can input how much you want to buy and it will upload the Bitcoin instantly to your account.

    Sending Bitcoin
Once you have bitcoin, you're probably wanting to send it to someone. To do this on Circle, at the very top of the screen you should see an option "Send Money" You're going to want to click this. After you've done that you should see a form. In the "To" option, you're going to want to ask your seller what there bitcoin address is. A bitcoin address is like the equivalent to a PayPal email, except it's anonymous. An example of a bitcoin address is "163WjTqQSXvK9fuL69jQWaSKbZTCHQrCvj". After you've filled in the sellers address, choose how much you want to send and add a message if you like, after this click send.

    Receiving Bitcoin
If you're on the other side of things, and you're a seller, you're probably wanting to know how you can accept it from other people. To receive Bitcoin, simply look at the top right of www.circle.com and you should see a drop down menu where your full name is. Click this and then click "Get Address". Once you've clicked get address a window will pop up and your address should appear here, click "Copy". Your address is now in your clipboard. You can then paste this to whoever is wanting to send you bitcoin.

    Withdrawing Bitcoin
If you no longer want to hold on to Bitcoin, or you're just cashing it out, there are many ways to do this. The most obvious way would be selling it back to www.circle.com. To do this, click "Sell Bitcoin" once you've done this a form will pop up with how much you want to sell, and where to deposit the money. Another way to withdraw your Bitcoin would be to look for someone on Sythe buying Bitcoin. Many people on Sythe will purchase Bitcoin off you for Paypal/Western Union/Skrill/Bank Transfer/ETC.

    Outro
Thank you so much for reading my guide on bitcoin. It really is a great way to get paid. I hope you will consider using it in the future. If there's anything I didn't cover or you have questions please feel free to pm me or message me on Skype! Please leave any feedback you do have on the thread.

Yeah, I just signed up. It seems like it's just with funds, not BTC.

Not sure if this is because I am in the UK, and it could be different in the US though. Shame, I love the simple interface.

I used to use Circle along with Coinbase and they were both very good. I would instantly buy the BTC on Circle and then send it to my Coinbase account to deal with from there. Now that I can't use Circle anymore I'm a bit stuck, Coinbase won't let me buy BTC for some odd reason. Still looking for other websites that are on par with how Circle was.

Circle looks so clean, and simple to use. I'm trying to find a wallet where I can store my BTC in, Coinbase is meh.
