Explanation of the trade: Was training his account 70/70/70 at nmz till 99/99/99 for 200m. Also we he said that he gonna pay half way 100m when stats will be 92/92/92, 3days ago I was training his account and stats was 92/92/84 that's almost half way. After night I woke up and logged in to account I saw that no gear was left. I tried to contact with him but he was offline and yesterday he answered to me that its my fault, im only one person who have his passwords. (His pass was only 7 letters, without 2 step auth)
And now he changed account pass, account have 6 days of membership, training stopped. He saying that I have to refund his gear.

How they scammed: He dont want to pay for the job ive done. Thats why hes trying to scam me. Also why would I need to take his gear if I where already doing a month+ worth of skilling on the account and stealing his gear would be stupid for just 15m when instead I could just get the payment from the work.

Probably he was hacked, at the same day not only my and my friends but whole osrs community been cleaned.

So I just want to get paid for the job I already done, cause dont want to train for him anymore. That was not my fault I was training more then one month and dont need hes 15m gear.
Have all proofs of levels that I gained. If need I can post here. Also have last day proof with gear and level.

My english language skills not good enough so if something is not understandable let me know I will try to explain everything.

First I want to apologize for responding to this so late; I am in my final semester of school and it's right around Midterms and I have a lot going on. With that being said though, I am just hear to plead my case and ask judgement from the mods as to what I should do. I never told this man I wasn't going to pay him for his services, I just wanted a mod to determine how much I owe'd him considering he lost approx 15Mil(according to him, 20Mil according to me) worth of my gear while training my account. He also mentions that not just my account lost the gear, but his account and his friends account as well which lead to believe he was either lying to me about it being hacked (And that he just needed money to train other accounts or to pay a debt, as he mentions in skype chats all the time how he doesn't have any cash to train with) or that his computer had been breached and someone had gained all of his passwords to accounts he was training.

He was meant to be training my account to 99/99/99 from 70/70/70 and the terms and conditions were that I would pay upon completion of account which he said was fine in a sythe pm; which unfortunately I can't pull up because im banned. Anywho. He asked me if I would pay him half the amount when he was half way done and I said that was fine. So we had a new arrangement which you can see in the skype screens I posted. None of that is an issue, just points that he changes his mind a lot. I have also to date paid him well over 100mil (For gear and to train other 70/70/70 accounts)

I guess I'll say what I think happened. He realized he didn't want to work as cheaply as he was for me and used this as a way to get out of it. He was more than willing to "say okay okay, just pay me for what i've done and we can be done." (Not an exact quote, but basically).

The second option as to what happened was that he desperately needs cash in game and sold my stuff. Like I said he is the only one with the password to the account and tried to blame me for it getting hacked. But he also in the skype messages mentions that his account and his friends account were hacked too. I think he said this so I wouldn't be suspicious.

Lastly...I just want to know how much I need to pay him for his service because I didn't agree with what he was asking for. It doesn't really matter about the how or the why.
