The replacement was given, there is skype screenshots.
The customer added wrong skype by his fault, started a scam report thread, exposing me as scammer, which negatively influence on my reputation.
Customer refuses to answer in this thread after he got a replacement.

I would like a moderator to review that case and take an action.

Also he didn't even tried to contact us with email or "Contact us" form, after he added a wrong skype.
