Sadly, it's not going to happen.

1. This is suggestion(More moderators), and should be in that forum.

2. Read the stickie in the suggestion forum.

3. The staff don't have time to even ban all the scammers, much less lock all of there threads.

How about rather than complain you report the posts rather than wasting all the people who had to read this' time. It ISN'T a mods job to read EVERY topic and see if the user is banned. We rely largely on User Reports.
