there is an IP address conflict with another system on the network?

Okay, I had " there is an IP address conflict with another system on the network " popped up on my computer, then my computer re-booted, nothing would work.

What does this mean?

Did it mean someone was tryin' (got) my IP addy, & was trying to hack me or hacked me or something? (My computer that is).

I'm not smart at computers at all, & I have never once seen this message, so I'm curious.

Nah, u havnt been hacked, think its the static Ip, (192.168.1.200) or something like that

I had the same message a while ago...kept popping up in the bottom-right corner while I was playing RS.
