Will G.E. prices change?

Does anyone if the grand exchange prices ever change if so will they increase, decrease, and how often

 

Noone can tell for sure but I bet it will be a while befoe they change, if they ever change.

 

The GE automatically adjusts prices based on this formula:

Y = More Demand than Supply of an Item
X = More Supply Than Demand
Z = Price
A = Price will be increased
B = Price will be decreased

For my own sanity this might sound a bit like code, but whatever.

If Y = True; then Z = A to decrease demand and stabilizing economy
If X = True; then Z = B to increase demand, therefore making Z = Y.

It's like a bit of a Paradox, but it seems to be working.

it all depends on what people pay

if everyone starts to pay the lowest price for a whip in the ge
soon that lowest price will be the market price with its own upper and lower boundaries

Sometimes they go higher/lower.
Look at dragon bones, they used to be like 1.4k few weeks later they changed to 2k+.

 

Id say they will on jan 2nd with new 3k limit trade thing.

It will change if and only if Jagex wants it to change, so you really can't officially say it will/won't.

I'm kind of interested what will happen though-will RuneScape go down the drain because Jagex ass-raped the economy?

 

Well grand exchange prices drop and rise. I am a hunter and I sell red chinchompa's to the grand exchange always and now I see them going up and down.

 

dunno why people still need chinchompas when ranged is useless now :S
