    Why:
    • Originally TWC'd for not posting under a home IP, and never disputed it
    • Two IP's, and only other match is banned user
    • Ban follows up
    • Both users have little to no posts
    Previous Dispute:
    Rapp Ban Dispute.

    I'd ask for a match since this could be a proxy, but no staff are currently available, so if this gets denied I understand, but I couldn't find anything else to correlate the two.
