Explanation of the trade: He was doing Halo + CW Top for 6.6m. I paid 4m upfront for the halo and I was going to pay for the top after the halo was completed.
How they scammed: I suspect they were botting on my account. The account was still logged in and he also sounds like he knows a lot about botting. He never told me that the service would be botted and that he doesn't use OSB and that he doesn't boost because it's against the rules, although he is right about the boosting part I think it's a way to cover the fact that he's botting on my account and the bot doesn't capture flags so he plays in public games.

Also, the password was changed after I have already completed tickets. I do not wish to be a dick in this situation as I want to establish my footprint with the sythe community on good terms. My TOS which he agreed to clearly states that the password cannot be changed during the TOS. Which it was. I will refund him a portion, but not for the work that I have already completed.

22 Tickets at my revised price of 125K ea is 2.75M 07

However, when he decided to go with the service it was 65K ea ticket which would equate to 1.43M 07 leaving a total refund of 2.57M 07.

My TOS clearly states that I keep all the funds, however I am willing to work with the client.

On another note, if you're paranoid of someone cheating the system or risking your account please considering going with someone who has already established themselves in the community than a newer service.

Please also note that the other users I have been providing services for requested screenshots of levels which I would advise you to do in the future if you're this paranoid.

The account was still logged in at 1am. You would've explained yourself if you woke up instead of just stating your term instead of acknowledging the fact that you're breaking Sythe's rules.

 

I told you I was going to bed in roughly 2 hours at 11 AM which would be 1 AM. I was still on. I had a goal to reach 66 magic and 70 range on another order.

I am trying to come to an agreement with the user in discord, but he's no longer responding. As the day begins for me it stinks that I don't have access to other parts of the site.

I shouldn't be blacklisted from other parts of the site because a paranoid sythe user reported me. I have been more than willing to work with him on this. I have more screenshots I can post if necessary of new conversation.

I don't understand what you're trying to prove. Also, you already stated this in another post.

Can a mod please close this thread unless something further is contributed. Something incriminating that proves I was actually doing what he claims. Otherwise, this is all banter that is pointless. I have done everything you've asked. Even ready to issue a partial refund (taking gp for the tickets I earned) when you broke my TOS.

I don't sit there and harass a person after I have paid for a service just because they don't respond. I realize that they are likely busy with a lot of orders, and will respond to me as soon as they get a chance. Which I did.

I am seriously offended.

Also after looking at your email post can you please click the one that says: your password has been reset? I'd like to see the time of that one as well. This request to change was after you already changed your password once. If you click the 3 arrows on the top right it pulls down another email. The email to the left of that states which email (says clearly your password has been changed). I know this because I also have outlook.

The others are manual resets made by logging into the account. These resets do not boot people off. To boot someone off you must recover your account which will force you to reset your password, hence why the email is different than the other ones. That is why I didn't boot you off earlier, the other password resets didn't boot you off. Ask anyone that rents max mains, chances are they know how to boot someone off an account.

I do not believe that you're making any of this up. You're genuinely concerned. However, as I stated, if you were going to worry about this the whole time you should've went with someone who had many vouches. I am a newer service, and you took that risk when you agreed to my terms. I did not ever once bot on your account, log into a botting client, etc. Never once tried to conceal or cover up anything. Never once cheated or scammed you.

With that being said, I do understand your concern.

I am still offering a refund for the tickets that were paid for, but not received.

 

The boot was at 1:39am. You said yourself that ou thought the boot was a disconnect because of inactivity, but now you say that you were in bed long before the boot even occurred. Requesting a password change doesn't boot the person that is currently logged on off. It only boots if you press "Can't login" on the login screen of the website and it allows you to recover the account.

I was in bed at 3:39 AM fast asleep.

Your time stamps place me on the account at 1:58AM my time. Which I was.

The account recovery was initiated at 2:09AM my time, which I was still on the account ( at least I think ) as stated before I was working on 4 orders all at the same time, and main focus was the one for a custom account creation. Your order was being AFKed, which you knew, and I thought the account timed out as I stated. When I went to bed I closed out of all the clients. Again, as stated, there was no reason for me to try to re-log because I wasn't going to do another game ( I was ready for bed ).

This is all information already contained in this posting. Again, you're trying to dig up and look for something, but my story has been consistent this whole time.

I have not botted your account. Why are you consistently trying to prove yourself and get me in trouble when nothing has taken place?

You should've paid more for a vouched player if this was a concern.

Finally, when you initiate an account recovery, it instantly boots you off the account (this is how people scam on the staking forums). You were arguing that I was on the account far past this, which I wasn't nor could I have been because you changed all the details. It would be impossible for me to access the account after 2:09AM.

I am still willing to work with you, but growing very impatient as the day progress and you keep commenting pointless things.
